What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect only what you type: your name, phone number, email, and simple answers such as region, type of help, and whether you have insurance. Our forms do not accept medical or health information. Please do not include any.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request and to connect you with a partner facility that may be able to help. We may share your contact details with that facility for that purpose only. We do not sell your information.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that Fresh Start Providers and its partner facilities may call and text you at the number you gave, including by automated means, about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We count anonymous page activity, such as views and button clicks, to understand what helps people. This is not tied to your name or contact details. See our Cookie Policy.

Keeping it safe

Form submissions are stored securely and only our team can view them. We keep them only as long as needed to help you and meet legal duties.
